Dessert is not decoration. It is design — a multi-sensory architecture of memory, material, and emotion.
I treat each dessert the way a couturier treats a gown: as a structured composition of silhouette, texture, and intention. Every plate is a runway — a thirty-second editorial that travels from sight to scent to taste.
My work draws on a methodology I call Dessert is Design: a framework for emotion-driven pastry architecture, published independently and now practiced daily inside Christian Fashion Café in Yerevan, the first conceptual fashion café in Armenia.

A conceptual café built inside the kitchen where I first learned to bake. A salon where a tart can quote Dior, where a millefeuille echoes a Balenciaga silhouette, where the menu reads like an editorial spread.
